ASSW 2011 Seoul, Republic of Korea

The Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) 2011 took place in Seoul, Republic of South Korea. With a combination of business meetings and the biennial Science Symposium The Arctic: New Frontier for Global Science, the summit provided plenty of opportunities for international collaboration and combined Arctic science, policy and management issues.

The ASSW 2011 was supported by Korean governmental departments, the Korea Research Council of Fundamental Science & Technology (KRCF), Presidential Committee on Green Growth (PCGG) and the Seoul Tourism Organization.
